1: Stretch your arms overhead to release tension in the upper body.

2: Rotate your neck gently to reduce stiffness and improve circulation.

3: Extend one leg at a time to stretch the hamstrings and improve flexibility.

4: Reach towards your toes to loosen tight muscles in the lower back.

5: Roll your shoulders back and down to improve posture and release tension.

6: Inhale deeply as you reach for the sky, then exhale as you fold forward.

7: Interlace your fingers behind your back to open up the chest and shoulders.

8: Twist your torso to the left and right to soothe the spine and improve mobility.

9: Repeat these stretches throughout the day to stay energized and focused at work.
